What information we collect, use, and why: we collect or use the following information to provide a service (counselling) including delivery of this service; names and contact details.
Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services is; client consent.
We get personal information from people directly requesting accessing the service of counselling.
We keep your personal information, including anonymised process notes for 5 years, inline with the retention schedule outlined in our personal indemnity insurance cover. After this period of time the information is destroyed digitally or physically, either by permanent deletion or shredding.
We share information with organisations we need to share information with for safeguarding reasons only.
